Servicing of fuel injection system : combined plunger and injection system
Servicing of turbos / superchargers : for engines from 12KW up to 2,000KW
Overhauling of hydraulic transmission units : 4×4 or single axle units
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems : low and high pressure up to 600bar
Auto electrical service : test bench for testing, starters up to 300KW
The machine shop is fully equipped having :
- A number of lathes with the smallest being 0.75m between centers to the largest being 4m between centers
- Number of radial drills with the smallest being 1m height column to the largest being
- 5m height,
- Milling machines
- Shaping machine
- press (stand type) up to 100tons
- The mechanics workshop is equipped with:
- a test bench for automotive electrical components
- all standard tooling to carry out major overhauls on all types of equipment
special tools to overhaul fuel injection pumps and hydraulic systems
